How do I dial with Easy Israel’s mobile from Israel abroad?
For All sim cards:
Dial 00 or +, then the prefix of your country + phone number *
For example, to call the US phone number 213-261-0608
Dial 0012132610608 or +12132610608
For HOT Mobile sim cards only:
Dial 017 + prefix of your country + phone number
For example, to call the US phone number 213-261-0608
Dial 01712132610608

Can't access the internet in my phone - what should I do?
Each handset and model has different procedures for activating the internet, so it is recommended to look up the specific instructions at the respective handset manufacturer's website.
For iPhone devices, just make sure that data mobile is on, and restart your phone. Your Internet access should be activated. If you want to activate personal hotspot in iPhone click here.
